Our pigs are raised at Slagel Farms in Fairbury, Illinois. This is a fifth-generation family farm dedicated to natural and humane farming practices. Their animals are hormone-free and ethically raised for the best quality meat!
All suckling pigs and whole hogs are delivered to us raw and unprocessed. They are ready for you to season, prepare, and roast!
We recommend 1-1.5 lbs raw weight per person. Please note that edible yield is less than raw weight.
